Welcome to Off The Record Beauty where we make your hair dreams a reality! Thank you for visiting! Here are a few things to note before you book your appointment with us. 1. Your appointment may take several hours to complete. If you will be on a time schedule on the day of your appointment it will be best to book the day before to ensure you have a great experience. 2. There is a Non-Refundable deposit required to book an appointment and will go towards your cost of service. 3. If you are NOT purchasing a shampoo and blow dry add on, please arrive to your appointment with your hair already prepared. Additional charges will be applied if a shampoo and blow dry is needed on arrival. 4. Please come alone. Only clients that are being serviced are allowed in the shop. No children, friends, family etc. are to accompany you unless they are being serviced. 5. Please call or text to inquire about any other styles not listed in the services section. 6. Please call ahead of time if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. A one time reschedule can be granted if needed. All no call, no show appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after your appointment time. If able I will still take the appointment but a $15 late fee will automatically be charged to the total balance.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Two cancellations in a row will result in you no longer being able to book appointments in the future.
